This complex isn't on the high end of things, but its really not that bad. We got new management about a month ago and they're really good about getting stuff fixed. The utilities are a bit expensive here, but we've never had any problem with the water, heat, or those types of things not working. The only thing we've had troubles with was the internet but they've got that all resolved now. The ward has lots of great people but isn't the most social I've ever been in. Overall, we've had a good year here-- don't be scared off by the other reviews on here.
