The management is quick to respond to maintenance requests. It's a shoddy, cinder block apartment, but the carpet and furniture are in pretty good condition. The single pane windows send utilities up to $90 per apartment in the winter. Each unit has an individual heater; however, the water heater is shared by the entire complex. The pipework is poor: the shower heads are very low from the tub basin (about 5 feet), and its difficult to balance the water between "very, very hot" and "very cold." Each room is very cramped for two people, but is perfect for one person. The apartment itself has the most cabinetry and storage I've ever seen in an apartment - plenty for six people.
