We lived here the first 9 months after we got married. We bought someone else's contract so we only had that long to live there and chose not to renew for a few reasons.
1. We got mold
2. While it was a pretty nice apartment it was so tiny and we had a hard time finding places for things.
3. There was no central air or heat so during the winter if we wanted to heat (electric) the utilities were off the wall. In the summer it got quite hot in our apartment and stuffy.
4. We lived in an apartment next to University so it was SO NOISY!
We loved the management-it was great. We never had a problem with them and they were very helpful. It is a bit overpriced though, and I would never pay the full price for it. We bought someones contract at a discount. Our car never got broken into while we were there and we did underground parking.
