Small, Moldy, Poorly Ventilated, Expensive, Broken, Good Staff

This review is just a nod to all the rest. I'm a resident and I read all the other reviews and understand exactly what everyone else has said. Mold is a problem. The AC/Heat unit is HIGHLY innadequate. It's hardly sufficient for the living room where it is mounted and will do nothing for the bedroom. The apartments are tiny. And they are expensive. For whatever reason, something is always falling apart too. But on the good side, Internet is pretty cheap so I can write this review.
