Oh please, first off it's small enough to be a play house for a little child. The carpet, or should i say cement floor, is horrible! And they don't even care that the sealent around the windows is horrible! Can anyone say black mold' And then they say it's all your fault beacuse they tell you to fan your apartment... well the fan is in the kitchen... the A/C is ONLY in the living room, and in the summer you can't even sleep in your own bed because your afraid you'll melt. They don't tell you that they can raise your rent per month whenever they want to, ("because they can") and on top of that, if you don't get your mail for 3 days because your busy, they think it's vacant! And you don't get it because they put a vacant slip in your box. They don't tell you where anything is, (i.e. wash room, lounge, your mail-box) And there is never any parking! It's is located in the worst spot, with University Avenue roaring throughout the night, and in the wee hours of the morning, the construction down the street aswell.
