-mold mold mold.... absolutely! We ran our fan(extremely noisy) all the time inculuding cracking the windowns when we took showers. Lived there for a year and a half and we found even more mold when we moved out. Whoever thinks there isn't mold is retarded or hasn't checked the corners and behind things.
-washer and dryers half broken all the time. Sometimes the cycle would quit on you and you'd go down to get your clothes out to the washer and they'd be sopping w/ water still. They eat your quarters but the office will reimburse you if your want to take the time to do that.
-people swearing at eachother in the parking lot frequently. Expect your car to get dinged because the spots are about an inch wide.
-be careful. there's a sign up on the spa that says enter at your own risk, and then lists a disease you could get from going in it. It was closed down for a few weeks by the health department.
-heating and air conditionin are the worst. our space heater would work when it felt like it, and the summers are aweful because it only cools a space of about a square foot.
-good lighting and windows
-good kitchen space
