My complaint too is about management. They have been very unhelpful most of the time, but the worst was in returning our deposit. After giving them the correct address three different times, they always made typos while preparing the envelopes. After they were sent back to the office, I never received a call from them to call that to my attention. Had I not been closely following the return of my check I don't think they would've contacted me. They misspelled our last name, city name and apartment number. I wouldn't trust this company again. I wonder if they were just hoping for the check to get lost so that they could keep the money. I talked to both Lindsay and Becky in the office. Every time I wanted to get a hold of Becky "the manager", I was told by Lindsay, that she was in meetings and would be in there all day. And when I did talk to her, she didn't sound at all like a manager, very unprofessional. I would recommend not living here, and instead find a place where the management company will be professional. It was a very long ordeal, and I am a patient person. But it just dragged on, and it was irritating to hear Lindsay on the phone not realize that there was a huge mistake on their part and I just heard "we're doing everything we can" in a very unconvincing voice. I've been in the office before to paint rent, and the people there in the front are more immersed in reading books or in using the internet for other purposes than work, so no wonder they don't care about phone calls.
