After reading some of the previous reviews, I am really surprised. We have lived here 2.5 years and have had minimal issues. We've had maintenance issues (including a flooded apartment upstairs that soaked our floors) but they have always been gracious and helpful. Parking can get crowded at night, but there are always spots underground. The apartments are appropriately sized for newlywed couples. I really wouldn't want that much more space at this point of our lives.
As far as management issues, I've only been in there a few times. The ladies in the office could be more cordial, but I usually ask my question/pay my bill/pick up a package and leave.
You're definitely not living the high-life, but I don't know what Provo students expect. It's relatively inexpensive, and it's a nice place to call home for a few years before you move on to bigger and better. At this point in my life, I can say I'm ready to move on to bigger and better and that's the beauty of graduating and getting a job.
