The place is a very nice place to live, or would be if you could get rid of the management. They are some of the most underhanded people you have ever met. Do NOT deal with them, just live some place else. They pretend to care but rely heavily in the scare tactic--so if you don't mind being terrorized live here. BYU will not help you if they turn on you. The buildings are in good repair and the maintance is relatively fast. There is enough parking, but the stalls are too small for large vehicles. I have paint all over the side of my car where other cars have hit me just trying to open their doors a little. If there is a problem, they just paint over it... literally. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
