Okay, If you have any value of customer service, or if the possibility of bad room mates is in your future, do NOT rent at carriage cove. The management will do the best to ignore problems or try to have you deal with them. The guys I live with are 29, 35, and 45. None are students, two of them are complete slobs, two arent even LDS. The management refuses to do anything although they are blatantly in violation of the contract. In addition to that, two of them are so messy that the stench that comes from their rooms pollutes the entire apartment. It got to a point where it would even seep into my room sometimes. I reported this to the management, and they suggested that I talk to the guy about it. Anyone who knows someone with hygiene problems knows that they need a little more than a conversation to get them in gear. The parking spaces are too small, cleaning checks are ridiculous, and the management is terrible. If you think you might have even a small problem that the management might need to take care of, rent somewhere else, because Carriage Cove will leave you high and dry. There are several bands that get together in my building and proceed to shake the whole complex as if it were their personal concert hall. The walls are paper thin.
