Be aware that the "Rent" they charge isn't even close to what you will end up paying on payday. They charge extra for parking, communications, and consider failed clean checks an expense as you will pay even if you try to clean (unless you have experience maintaining a museum(even then they'll get you on something)), $40. When it comes down to it, the reasonable rent rate you think you're getting in the beginning isn't so "reasonable" after all is said and done!
