Overall I would recomend this place if you don't mind an older place thats not in perfect condition. its cheap rent and it includes utilities. The bedrooms are small, (shaired) with bunkbeds, so if you like to spend alot of time in your room I wouldn't recomend them. only one bathroom, but there is a double sink/vanity in the hall. large kitchen with two built in desks and large living room with large picture window, they just put down real tile in the bathroom and kitchen. summer 07 and the internet work ok. very socal place because of the fish bowl effect. Lots of parking, I was able to keep my boat in the parking lot for a year there 16", but as before you do it. there is a laundry mat across the parking lot as well as a few washer dryers in the apt complex (Roman Gardens)across the street along with the pool and hot tub you can use. also new windows through out the apt. Most people livingn there are paying there own way with school so there down to earth normal people.
