I lived here for a year before getting married to my neighbor, ironically. Utilities are included, which is nice. My sister still lives in my old apartment where they just got new carpet and about 2 years ago new cabinets. You may find mold in the bathroom- keep the window open & spray with vinegar (not toxic like bleach). My biggest beef here was the clean checks. My husband calls her "Satan" but I think that's a little harsh... "Spawn of Satan" is more appropriate. She will screw you on anything *ANYTHING* because she can... and she will. Other than her, I loved this place. Rent is super cheap ($173 year round shared) and the ward is pretty nice. Bishop Crandall is fantastic. Bedrooms are small, but private rooms not too much more. Most people here are very down to earth because they aren't living off Mom and Dad. Parking sucks most of the time, especially after midnight. If you like quiet, go upstairs. We lived downstairs under apartment 15, which just happened to be the noisiest bunch of brats ever. We referred to them as the hippos upstairs because they sounded like... you guessed it: fat dancing hippos. So... hippos, Satan, and parking all suck but you can work around them. Oh, but maintenance is great! They used to be lazy, but have picked up. It's the office, really, that is lazy. Price is amazing! Laundromat is in the same lot, very nice.
