Great place for the money, assuming you have money

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in College Park. It is the best place around you can find for the money they charge, but we eventually decided to look for somewhere cheaper.
Pros:
Free DSL. All you have to do is have a network card and it's ready to go. Who else offers this at this price'
Very quiet neighborhood, yet it is close enough to campus to walk. Any farther south or west is a bit run-down.
Smith's grocery store is only two blocks away.
Assigned parking is very nice and most residents adhere to their spot.
The current management is very on-the-ball, but be warned that they will expect the same from you when it comes time to move out and clean your apartment.
Cons-
It's very easy to hear your neighbors. Answering machines, keyboards, stereos, talking, and the like were all perceivable.
Not much scenery in any apartment, unless you get a unit that faces the street. We saw a brick wall out the front and back.
