Well, I lived there for one semester and got married, and trying to sell the contract was near impossible. The utilities were also off the wall high, and if you don't choose your roomates and the roomates you have don't obey the rules, don't expect too much action from the management unless you bug them constantly (with photographic evidence - gotta love cell phones), even then they still don't do too much. Currently under construction, was supposed to be finished before I moved in, I ve been gone 4 months from there, and they still aren't finished. Other than those things, its alright.

Are you serious? My roommate got kicked out for not obeying the honor code. Since the construction is now done, everything is great.

I've lived there for 2 weeks or so. My roomate is a junkie. He does heroine and pot. I came home a few days ago and my locked door was off its bottom hinges. Turns out junkie-boy broke in, stole a check and wrote himself a princely sum of 240 dollars. Cops came over a week before that and busted him for stealing laptops. Mangement has put notes on the door telling him to move out. They said they would move his stuff out days ago and change the locks. They are just sitting on their hands while this ------ is just shooting up all day and stealing my ----. I told them about it and they can't move his stuff out till monday. I try to keep an open mind but this is just out of control. Management doesn't do anything.
