Put a deposit down so I could move in with some friends. It never worked out so I sold my contract. To sell my contract they charged me $40 and said my refund for my deposit would arrive when it was processed. It's been a month and still no refund for my deposit. They said it was sent September 15th and that it was out of their hands. In order for them to resend it they are charging me $20. They do everything they can here to get you for every penny possible. The management sucks and you have to constantly hassle the repair crew for repairs to get made. I'm not the only person who never got their refund for their deposit or charged stupid fees for no reason. This place is a scam stay clear if you can.
