Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I have lived here for a year because I signed a year contract in april 06. Its good that it is so close to campus, but it is way to over-priced, the internet WILL go down atleast twice a month, and the management is really inconciderate. Yeah the place is new, but at the same time it is still very crowded living with 5 other people. If you are debating to live between Foxwood and another place, then please pick the other place. You will only be dissapointed if you live here. Plus not to mention that at least three cars that I know of have been broken into since January (including my roommates). Not safe at all either.
