My bottom-floor apartment flooded three times. We had a mouse, the walls were cracked, I had to provide my own toilet seat, and I had to call BYU off-campus housing just to get the management to come fix the smoke detector (a working one is required yet the office ignored three requests in a row). I was relieved to finally move out!
