I lived at the 'hood for one year, and I don't really have any major complaints. It's a little old and ghetto, but the people, wards, and activities are great. One time our keypad lock ran out of batteries and my roomie and I were locked out of the apartment.. Management was out of town, but they sent an emergency maintenance guy (from another apartment complex) as fast as they could, which was about 40 mins. For being out of town, I thought that was pretty quick. The maintenance guys are happy to fix anything you need and were always respectful and quick to respond. Yes, its true, there are occasionally mice.. but maintenance gave us a sticky trap (which we found mouseprints on later, though no mouse)... we ended up getting a real snapping trap though, and that very night our mouse problem was over. Never saw another one again.

It's not expensive, there's lots to do (pool, pool table, lounge area that can be rented out for activities, volleyball..) and the ward was awesome. Overall I enjoyed Glenwood and would probably be there a few more years if I wasn't getting married.
