I lived in "the lodges" for about a yr and a half. It's a great place to live, especially if you're moving right out of the dorms into your first apartment. Everyone is on the younger side (girls are mostly fresh out of the dorms and guys right off their missions) and so it's very social. The people are great, the wards fantastic, and there are always tons of activities sponsored by Glenwood. Free hamburgers and hotdogs in the summer, cookies and hot chocolate in the winter, and the management is fantastic. Maitenance is on top of things and the pool area, Lodge and volleyball area is very nicely landscaped. Overall it's a great place to live- If I wasn't looking for an older crowd I would totally live there again in a heartbeat.
