I live on on the bottom floor - I always hear my neighbors upstairs. Maintenance took over 4 weeks to fix carpet where the toilet had flooded.

The rent is not too bad - although it does not include the price of internet, utilities.

The community is nice, great pool/spa, and an excellent location.
