You pay for the social atmosphere. Great wards, very active and social. The apartments are a dump. You have to always were sandals because if you don't your feat turn black. They don't provide vacuums which may account for this problem (you can check them out, but no one ever does). Management was awful, although I heard it has improved since I lived there. Pool is falling apart. overall, overpriced. You can get cheeper, bigger, and better deals across the street at belmont, although the social life isn't as good.
