Really Great Place!

I have lived in King Henry from August to April of each of my years at BYU. I really have enjoyed my experience. When I first moved in the management had some problems and was a bit overbearing, but that was fixed in 2004 when new management took over. The facilities are great. It has a huge pool (one of the few in Provo with a diving board), a big playing field, a nice sand volley court, and more. I wish I had lived here during the summers because it would have been fun, but I always had internships, etc. As far as advice for those considering living here, I'd say that you should come take a look yourself and see if it is the type of place for you. I really like it. I walk to school (15 minutes) 3 to 4 times a week, and although it isn't close, it's not too far. One potential problem is grocery shopping (nothing within 2 miles), but if you have a car then it's no problem. Biggest pro -- the high quality apartments and awesome ammenities and grounds. Biggest con -- the tight parking slots and noisy parties on weekends.
