King Henry is a very social atmosphere. The complex is set up in a way that is good for having fun. There is a great pool, a volleyball court, a pretty good clubhouse with exercise equipment etc. The whole complex is kind of built around a central park area and it looks nice. The apartments seem new because they were just remodeled, but some are too small, so make sure that you check out which apartment floorplan you are going to be in. Overall, it is a good place to live, but you probably want a car or a bus pass (there is a bus stop right next to the complex).
