As a married tenant, King Henry was generally an enjoyable place to live. I really enjoy the amenities of the clubhouse like the exercise room, the piano, the pool, the gathering area with a fireplace and small kitchen (where I was allowed to hold meetings, etc.), and the pool. The laundry facilities are well maintained and operated by a card, which I enjoyed.

The married apartments are small but really nice and new with great appliances and furniture. Maintenance was great to fix anything within hours. The office staff was really friendly and helpful. Everyone we worked with was always great.

The location is nice--close to campus if you're in school but far enough away that you're in a nice neighborhood (good family ward) and close to running trails, parks, etc.

The sound of singles will definitely take you back to your own single days so don't plan on an 8 p.m. bedtime.

One of my favorite parts of living at King Henry is the beautiful park-like setting. There's a big grassy area to play on, big trees and well-manicured lawns and landscaping.

Lots to like at King Henry.
