King Henry Apartments provides an awesome college atmosphere. The cost is comparable to other complexes in the area but I think it has better amenities and service. A couple buddies of mine lived at another complex near by but they didn't seem to have as much of a social life in their apt complex. King Henry has frequent activities that makes it easy to get to know people. The dances and the battle of the bands always have tons of people come and are a lot of fun. The office staff has always been really friendly. A few years back, the office had one lady that was a problem. Since they got a new manager in 2003, I have had no problems with King Henry at all. With the hundreds of students that live there, I was always impressed that they remembered all the tenant's names. The best part of King Henry is the open grass area that I would always go throw a frisbee or a football around after getting back from classes. The landscape is awesome and the maintenance guys are usually really quick to get things fixed. Parking isn't a problem unless you get home at midnight every night. The parking is much better than other complexes in the area. I lived in the 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments and loved it. I loved living there. I recommended it to my sister when she came to BYU. She and all her friends have had a great time living at "the King". Spring and Summer time are especially a blast. A big group of us would always cook on the barbeques and play volleyball. The pool and clubhouse also gave us extra options on what we could do on a weekend in Provo.

i dont know waht this guy is talking about !! the parking sucks and evryone knows it the spaces are so small and they tow you if you park over the lines. I lived there last summer and half the office people are cool but some of the other ones are so mean i had a few friends go in ther and just get so upset with them - it is way cool that there are always people playing volleyball i m not going to lie. I hated it.
