I came to King Henry because i heard that it was the Social Place. I didn't know how disappointed i would be after living here. The units are small and cramped. I live in the top floor and have vaulted ceilings which were nice until i found out that the place has hardly any insulation so our heater is running all the time and the bill is enormous. The Parking is probably the worst feature in that if you don't get home before 11pm you can bet you won't get a spot and it's illegal to park on the streets around here so you can bet on a ticket, a boot, or a tow. Just about everyone i know has been booted or towed at least once. The staff doesn't offer any help they just say "get back earler." The maintenance is prompt but it took them several visits over a course of 3 months to fix our broken dishwasher that would flood the kitchen on it's own everyday. The internet cost me $160 and doesn't work half the time. I would expect for one of the more more pricey apartment in Provo that they would have better service and features, but i would be wrong. Do yourself a favor find somewhere else to spend you money, King Henry is not worth it.
