Cons: management and maintenance here is a total joke, they rarely if ever get anything done and when they do it's a patch job or temp fix, even simple things like a towel rack don't get replaced in seven months of living there, we went numerous times without hot water or water at all.safety is a legitimate concern as there were neighbors who had the police called nearly every week and weren't evicted, a baby was stolen, somebody attempted to burn the apartment down twice. The mailboxes were broken into. Pet pick up around the yards is not enforced so you co stantly have to worry about stepping in the wrong place. Any where from the parking lot takes at least 30 stairs to reach making it very inconvenient to move things in and out including groceries and garbage which is the furthest you can het from you apartment. Very small kitchen space with very few cupboards and drawers. No room for a table or eating space. No room for kitchen appliances like a microwave. There is a shared air conditioner between 4 apartments that no one has control over and is rarely on at the right time. The manager Bryce is a complete liar and there are so Many hidden fees that you end up paying nearly 700 a month so they can do things like update the landscaping and remodel the office, yet when a smoke alarm needs batteries he can't even locate those, that's a violation of safety code.
