The price is great. The location is beautiful. The upkeep is great. Office staff aren't on the same page with eachother and you get the run-around. They are friendly. The walls are thin and you hear everything your neighbor is doing. It is a quiet, peaceful place, but there are some things you don't want to hear your neighbors doing (nor do you want them to hear you!)Maintainance are good at their job but they are noisy. The kitchens are petite!! If you cook everything in a microwave you should be okay. People are friendly. The landscape is gorgeous. The view is breathtaking. You have to walk a distance from your parking place to your apartment. Not handicap friendly.
