The view is the main draw and it is wonderful,beyond that everything is medeocre. No washers/dryers allowed &the only laundry room is on the botton floor it could be cute but most always its a mess. Tons of outside steps,very long hike from your parking spot to your front door& the steps are scary in the winter. The building is old(office said build in 70's) and you hear every noise, I mean EVERY noise, the office staff is hardly ever there in the mornings and they tend to blow smoke, act like they will tend to things then rarely follow through until you manage to find someone in the office the 2nd, 3rd or 4th times. A great many people hang out in the office, you feel like you are interrupting their social hour and they tell you what you want to hear to get back to the party. Afternoon help is better. Utilities are high and your apt feels cold in the winter, old windows etc.Kitchen is so teeny you would not beleive me if I tried to explain it.ok if single, otherwise....Neighbors are nice and so is the neighborhood. Maint means well but they too have to come back over and over to get it right. There is no real consistency, so some tenants do have a good experience while others not so good. I started out living there alone and then got married. My husband really would not live there again, I most likely would.
