Monaco Court Apartments

very clean and well maintained complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   I lived at Monaco Court for about 5 years and loved it. It's a great location for married couples, bus stop nearby, good parking. The owners always plant new flowers and there are like 50 rose bushes along the whole parking lot. There is bbq stuff in the back with a nice private grass area. Managers are great and easy to get ahold of, new carpet and paint in I think every apartment. Utilities are not a lot either. I think for the amount rent is that it is a great deal, especially with all the new carpet, paint, and landscaped grounds. The LDS ward that we went to is awesome! You can choose between a family ward and a student ward. I spoke with the owners, they built the place about 10 years ago and it has been full ever since, I think that's for a reason, not fluke. Their kids managed it for the 10 years but now they're all graduated. Cable is included too which otherwise is like 10 or 20 bucks a month. I guess that's about it, I definitely recommend Monaco Court!
