I hate it here! I have lived here almost a year and I don't even know what my neighbors look like. Most of the people here like to snub each other. I hate the way that the apartment is situated- just like a fishbowl, if the window is open everyone has a clear view right inside your livingroom. If you close the blinds, it is like a cave inside- way too dark. Today I was sitting at the table studying and a guy stood at the window peering in- it was creepy. The walls are too thin, I can hear my neighbors sneezing all of the time! The parking spaces are too small. If you like door dings, this is the place to live! Sometimes peoples' friends will park in your assigned spot and you are out of luck. The laundry facilities absolutely suck. True, they are cheap, but they always are broken or broke in the middle of your wash cycle. The apartment is very nice (I love the cabinets), and well maintained, but it isn't very big (costs more than it is worth). The shower has permanent black dirtiness that will not go away! Plus the neighborhood seems a little bit scary! I can't wait until we get to move!
