My spouse and I have loved Monaco Court Apartments-we highly recommend it to everyone. We have been here over a year and will stay another year or so. They have a BBQ area out back that we use a lot and the grounds are kept up nicely!
The managers are really nice and quick to respond. They live on-sight so if we ever have questions we can just go ask them. The managers and owners have done a really good job at keeping the place up - the carpet is nice, the cabinets great, the appliances good, walls are in really good condition and we've never had any major problems.
We definitely recommend it!
