Moon apartments can be compared to one of those dirty motels you pass driving along I-80 through the Midwest. Sure, they are close to campus but they are quite ghetto. The owners, for some odd reason, are obsessed with keeping the parking lot in tip-top shape, while furniture and appliances in the units are utterly broken and battered. And another thing, here is a good example of the logical thought process of the owners. "Why don't we re-pave the parking lot, then start charging tenants 40 dollars to park there, and then we'll charge each tenant 50 dollars at the end of the year for carpet cleaning when the track black asphalt in their apartments....'" Moon is close to campus...but that's the only thing it has going for itself.
