Well, it was relatively cheap, but when I got here I DID NOT get a good first impression. The couches were all ripped up, fuzzy stuff was growing around our vent in the bathrooms and the whole place had a coating of dust. They didn't clean the place before we got here and my roommate found the final cleaning check sheet still on her bed (unsigned) when she got here. My mom was scared to let me live here :) My ward was good and I made a lot of new friends. But I really wish they had this place cleaned BEFORE I got here. Oh yeah and if you want desk space, you're out of luck. I took up the whole desk, it's that tiny... Having 2 bathrooms is nice. Don't be fooled by the online tour because these are small apartments, the kitchen is tiny and they really need to replace the carpet. Luckily the couches all got replaced and hopefully they'll be good for a couple years. Parking is really bad and the parking way out in the back parking lot is dangerous, several cars got broken into, including my roommates.
