I'm not sure what the other reviewer was talking about... sure, Roberta Linn may not be perfect, but I'm a fan.

The apartments come furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you want. When we first arrived, we received a terrible mattress and put up with it for a while until we asked for a new one, which we received in less than 48 hours with the apologies of the staff who hadn't realized how bad it was.

The apartment manager is AMAZING. She's always willing to work with you to settle any problem you may have and is very friendly. As far as customer service goes, this place is the tops.

Walls are a bit thin, but this is simply to be expected in Provo and most apartments. If you want total isolation, rent a house. Still, I would appreciate it if some residents kept the noise under control, but management does take steps to fix this when necessary.

There's only one wall-mounted AC unit for the apartment and that's located in the living room. Things can get a bit hot in the summer, but it's usually OK if you just buy a fan for your bedroom and crack the window a bit.

The ward has been STELLAR! Very friendly to us, not at all aloof as the other person claimed. The bishop is amazing as well.

For your money - especially if you want a furnished apartment - it's hard to beat a place like Roberta Linn. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Provo.
