GOOD PLACE TO LIVE''' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We have had problems with the girl that works in the office since day one! Nothing ever gets fixed unless you do it yourself! Parking is horrible if you have a small car. The bottom scrapes every time you go up or down the top level parking. The parking lot is also really close together so its hard to back out and people park as crooked as they feel like. The coin-operated laundry...yeah the machines ruin your clothes!! All our whites are now a dingy gray color and it doesn't cost a quarter to dry stuff. It often ends up costing a dollar or more depending on how broken down the one is that you use. The staff comes into your apartment without notifying you. Every time they were supposed to clean the carpets we would be charged a "fee" if everything wasn't up off the floor and if the apartment wasn't ready but they would choose not to show up on the scheduled date. We would then get a note on the door the day that they were suppposed to clean the carpets saying they would do it days later. When they painted our doors I came home one day to my door off and no one watching the apartments. I would definately not recommend living here!!!
