While I, unlike the previous reviewer, do not believe SpyGlas to be the pit of despair, I certainly agree that it is overpriced and that you can find better condos (keep in mind that Spyglas is an apt. complex) for abt. the same price elsewhere (check Windsor Park, for example).

The layout isn't geared towards sociality either. Whereas some complexes have apartments facing each other enabling anyone to strike up a conversation simply by walking out the door (unless of course you're incredibly awkward, have bad acne, and have tendencies for post-nasal drip), Spyglas apartments all face the same direction. This requires the tenants to step outside walk down the sidewalk and conspicuously visit the other apartment (ie "Hi. I'm coming to visit you now. Will you let me in' etc.)

Not that bad, but you can do better.
