Our son lived at Stadium Terrace last year, and loved the location (close to campus, temple, and of course Football!)
He returned for this year (2005-2006) yesterday, and was excited to be in one of the newly remodelled apartments. Loved the new kitchen w/ microwave that is no longer on the counter, new mattresses, flooring, etc. He said he can't think of anything better he would want. His brother was jealous when he saw what a nice place he has!
His apartment has 6 beds, 2 bathrooms, two fridges and lots of great features. Check it out!

Be careful at Stadium Terrace. My husband and I lived there for fall 2004/winter 2005 while we were engaged, and my husband's apartment--one of those newly remodeled ones, with the microwave above the counter, new mattresses, and all--became an infestation of bedbugs. Modern Americans think of bedbugs as a third-world problem, but they have them right in Stadium Terrace. The management won't talk about this, but after talking to other apartments in the complex, we discovered that at least four other apartments in the complex had had the same problem. Management is not taking any preventative measures; in fact, one of the girls' apartments found their old infested couch in the laundry room after management switched it for a new one in their apartment.
There are several apartments that haven't had the problem, but if there aren't any preventative measures taken soon, the bugs will certainly spread. My husband and his roommates did a lot of research to find out how to get rid of them, and found that they move through walls from room to room. That proved true in their apartment; the bugs went from one bedroom to another, to the living room, and finally to the end bedroom, which has still needed periodic sprayings over the summer.
I know this sounds crazy, but please--consider this carefully before signing a contract. Go talk to the boys in Apartment 40, and they'll tell you how pleasant it has been to live in their remodeled apartment.

Oh please. The bedbug problem is old news. Management took care of that a long time ago. Stop by and see for yourself. You shouldn't spread silly rumors.
