Best deal in town!

This comment is from the management at Stadium Terrace. We feel that ST is the best deal in town for the following reasons:
Low rent prices
Ownership pays for an Internet connection
Ownership also pays the gas bill and the first $40 of the electric bill and all the other bills.
The resident only has to pay rent.
Each apartment has two fridges.
The men's apartments have recently been remodeled and upgrades have also been made to some women's apartments, the clubhouse, and the laundry room. Our parking lot is ugly but if you can live with that, you'll love Stadium Terrace.
As you shop be sure and ask the other complexes about all the fees that you'll have to pay.
And yes, ST did have a bed bug problem in 4 apartments. We have eliminated the problem. Come and see for yourself. Bed bugs have been found recently in several provo student apartments as well as at BYU and the MTC. They are becoming a more widespread problem across the US. However, with treatment and cooperation from residents, they are easily eliminated.
Shop and compare and see if Stadium Terrace isn't the best place to live on the north side of campus. Thanks for reading!

This has changed, you have to pay utilities now. Of course, the rent dropped a little, but not enough to cover the increase in utility costs.

That's one way of looking at it. "Free" just means its included in the rent and you can't choose to not pay for a service you may or may not use.
Regarding the internet connection, it is slow and unreliable. It's 2007. Where is the broadband? Don't bother trying to download files or play games. Oh, also, it says in the contract that you need written permission from management in order to use the connection to play games, what a joke!

Actually the internet now is incredibly fast, I often get over 1 Mb/sec on downloads, so you never really have to worry about that. It went out once but was working again in a couple of hours when the management was called. Super awesome.
