Here's what I think:

Good:
-Location close to campus and stadium
-Quick maintenance
-Jessica in the office was super great and friendly. Always helpful.
-Just redid clubhouse. Looks really nice.
-Pool kept clean for most part.
-Cheap, and so are the utilities
-Free internet service.

Bad:
-Football games cause lots of noise and traffic.
-Not a good layout. Small rooms, and the bunkbeds are a joke. Mine was all bent up and I had to get a maintenace order to get it fixed. They brought in 2 single beds, and that made our room even smaller!!

Ugly:
-Promised new carpet by Christmas. Never saw it, and I moved out the following summer.
-The cleaning check lady is nice, but the one who does the check outs in April is a complete witch. She had my sick roommate scrubbing the floor on her hands and knees because it wasn't clean enough.
-Good luck with parking. There's tons of it, but it'll take you a good 5 minutes to walk back to your apartment.
-Not safe. Apartments broken into and stuff stolen while at church and in the middle of the night.
