The Colony

The Colony has a great layout From: deedee44 Date posted: 5/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1995   I lived here for 3 years a LONG LONG time ago. I loved the feeling of not being all squished in a 3 story apartment building, instead it had the homey feeling with the townhouse look. I like that it was a private street. I LOVED the big living room and kitchen. I did not like that the bedrooms (3 bedroom model) were all different sizes. We had to take turns and move around so it was fair each year. Maybe they have fixed that problem with those stuck in the small bedroom paying less rent' The ward was fantastic, the people were fantastic, the mgmt was pretty nice, but no one liked the owners. Luckily they were never around. I liked that there was not a big parking lot, but a real street and you could sit outside on the steps and talk to your friends as they walked by. I would recommend it if it's still mostly the same.
