These are nice apartments for newly weds. They are about 4 blocks from BYU campus and fairly cheap for the Provo area.
Be careful of the location of the individual apartment. Apartments overlooking the pool can be very noisey and far from both parking and laundry.
Overall they are nicely furnished apartments. However some furnishings are quite cheap (bed, entertainment center, end tables, desk).
Maintenance could use some training. They tend to be residents -students trying to get through school.
Leaving the covered parking most cars tend to scrape bottom. Surrounding roads have poor visibility at intersections (typical of the area south of campus).
