While the apartments boast new carpet and paint, decent closet space and several other amenities, the management and maintenance leave many things to be desired. Too often the air conditioning and heating break (and don't get fixed for days). The cable goes out occasionally and the hot water goes out about once a month. Also, the management borders on being rude when handling complaints and requests. On the upside, the ward is great.
