I lived here for a while and the apartments were nice, but quite small. They're furnished, and the quality of the furniture varies quite a bit from one apartment to the next. I have to agree with the other guys that complain about slow maintenance. While it didn't affect me personally, I remember that the air conditioning went berzerk on the 3rd floor for several days and the couples up there had 40 degree apartments for quite a while before anything was done to fix it. The people there are real cool, and I had free cable, which was nice.

Don't count on too much privacy, squeaky beds can reveal things about your private life, if you know what I mean. For this reason, it might be smart to get a ground floor apartment.
