The apartments aren't horrible, but they are not kept up at all. The pool is green half the summer, and the management just say "it's got chemicals" so it's save to swim in. Jackie (office manager) is really unprofessional and downright rude. When something breaks, they just try to jimmy-rig it instead of fixing or replacing it. Overall, the management is completely horrible to work with, and we have yet to have a good experience with them. The rent is cheap, especially for what you get, but at this point, I don't think it's worth it, and we'll be moving out as soon as our contract it up.
