we have lived in Union Square for 2 years and almost never had any problems with the management. We got our deposit back within a few weeks after we moved out. Nice, clean, furnished, new carpets, close to the Y, lots of parking and get this- all utilities are included! What more can you ask for' The laundry room would get crowded on weekends, but we did not see it as a major problem and did our laundry on week days. Although there were many rumors about cars and apartments being breaking into, we have never personally had it happen to us or to any of our friends in the complex.
Sometimes it would get pretty noisy, especially on friday and saturday nights, but overall it was a great experience. We would recommend renting on a second floor where the temperature is perfect all year round. If we ever came back to Provo, we would defenitely choose Union Square again. No gang shootings at night is a big .
