The two main problems to Union Square are the AC never works very well and terrible management (Jackie). Whenever concerns arose, she was quick to get emotional, angry, and even condescending. For instance, I needed to delay our move by a semester. Jackie told my wife and me to draft our own contract and subcontract the apartment out. We did this to some personal friends of ours. A day later Jackie gave me a call telling me she sold the contract to someone else. She got very upset with me when I explained how this was not what we agreed to. We had to go back to our friends and apologize. As a result of her actions, I have personally discouraged several of my friends from renting here.
