It's whatcha get for paying around $ 585 including everything(phone,Cable,Heat,etc). Of course you have to deal with the immaturity around you. BYU students never sleep they're screaming outside and the people next door are banging at like 3 AM ,if you know what I mean-sick-!! earplugs will be necessary sometimes. Forget privacy. It feels like the next door couple live in your living room(WALLS ARE VERY BADLY INSULATED).
IF YOU'RE ON A TIGHT BUDGET it is great for the money.Jackie was very nice to us and we did get our deposit back. You just need to play the game right. and yes it is so hot in that place you can't even sleep, the AC is only in the living room and there is no way that you can get your room cooled,We had to sleep in the living room.
Again if you're on a tight budget it is a great place for you.
