BEWARE: RUDE PEOPLE MANAGE THIS PLACE.
While the apartment was alright for the money, it is extremely hot during march and april as the weather warms but the AC isn't turned on. Even that, the AC breaks often in the middle of summer heat and the response to fix it is very late. So, be prepared for some sleepless nights. It is what you get for the money.
However, a big HOWEVER, Jackie is the rudest person on the Western Hemisphere. Trust me, you don't wanna deal with people of her kind. Her character and behavior can be described in three words: rude, annoying, dishonest. Steve is just as bad. He is a person that has problems listening. You tell him something, but he has an answer way before you finish your request. The answer is always to your disadvantage.
And boy, will they sure get you at the end by incurring extra charges and not refunding your deposit fully. My wife and I are clean freaks, and when we left, we cleaned that apartment good. I mean this place looked immaculate. Yet, Jackie "Freckles" and Steve "Wanker" found ways to not return our deposit and won't even wanna talk about it. I will do anything, ANYTHING, to warn people about this place and these people. They are bad people.
